Quick Start / Getting Started

Ship your first animation fast

1. Create your account. Sign up or sign back in; your frame balance appears in the dashboard pill once you are authenticated. /auth/register
2. Start a project. Enter a scene prompt at /create. Upload a PNG/JPG/WEBP up to 10MB; AI first-frame generation costs 4 Frames, manual upload skips that spend. /create
3. Define the ending. Add an ending prompt or upload a manual last frame (10MB limit). AI last-frame generation costs 4 Frames.
4. Interpolate the video. Pick duration and resolution; Frame usage ≈ FPS x seconds (8 FPS 480p, 12 for 720p, 20 for 1080p). 1080p is paid only; renders live in your dashboard (30 days on free, kept indefinitely on paid).

Answers to common questions

Why can't I generate frames?

Make sure you are signed in with an active session and have enough frame balance for the step.

Where are finished animations stored?

All renders are in your dashboard with download links. Free plan keeps 30 days; paid plans keep without expiry.

Can I upload my own first frame?

Yes. In the create flow pick “Upload first frame” and provide a PNG/JPG/WEBP up to 10MB. Files are encrypted in Supabase storage.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open account settings from the dashboard and cancel anytime. Access stays until the end of the paid period.

Payments

How billing works

• Checkout via Creem-hosted links from the pricing page; prices listed in USD.
• Charges occur at the start of each monthly period; billing and card entry stay on Creem checkout.
• After successful payment we sync the subscription and credit your account with monthly Frames automatically.
• Need an invoice or receipt? Use the Creem confirmation or email noreply@anivva.com.

Subscriptions

What each plan includes

• Monthly Frame grants: Basic 600, Pro 2,000, Studio 6,000. Top-ups land every billing cycle.
• Plan pricing: $10 (Basic), $29 (Pro), $79 (Studio) per month. Free plan available for trials.
• Video resolution: Free supports up to 720p; paid unlocks 1080p HD.
• Feature highlights: Basic unlocks 1080p; Pro adds higher-quality exports, faster processing, priority support; Studio adds bulk ops, advanced analytics, dedicated support.
• Frames do not expire and are non-transferable. Keep enough balance for first/last frame steps and video interpolation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal but keeps current access.

Refunds

How we handle refund requests

• Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law (see Terms).
• Cancel in account settings to prevent the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If you see an incorrect or duplicate charge, email noreply@anivva.com with your Creem receipt or subscription ID for review.
